Founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of bellicon AG, bellicon Germany GmbH (based in Cologne) set itself as target to »move« people. More and more, new studies prove that most common diseases (for example head- and backache, stress and excess weight) can be prevented and even cured by regular, low impact, aerobic exercise.
To exercise is to live
Basically, our body is able to produce all medicines necessary for its health. Our internal »medicinal factory« however only works at its best when we exercise our muscles moderately and regularly. It has been proven that swinging on a highly elastic trampoline is the most effective way to do this as a number of positive effects are then combined and it is also possible for almost everyone to use it daily, simply and without problems.
