Lymphatic drainage on the trampoline

Bouncing on the bellicon helps lymphatic blockages

When we bounce on the trampoline, all the muscles in our body react to the continuous gravitational changes. Each time the bouncing mat forces us to brake, our muscles tense involuntary. At the top half of the swing curve however, we are practically weightless and so our muscles relax completely. This repeats itself with every swing and the average user reaches about 90 tense- and relaxation phases per minute.

Due to the muscles contracting and releasing, the following happens in our body:

On the one hand, the detoxification of every single cell is activated. During contraction, waste and harmful substances (that also develop during normal metabolism) are pushed out of the cells. During relaxation, the cells suck in new nutrients directly, and thus supply is improved.

On the other hand, due to the muscles contracting and releasing, the lymphatic fluid – and also the blood – is moved along a little bit further every time. Valve flaps ensure that the fluid is always pushed along further in the same direction. Besides faster drainage of the lymph, this also accelerates the detoxification of the body and improves the disposal of waste. This is also very important when faced with allergies.

Conclusion:

So swinging on the trampoline causes the lymphatic flow to be accelerated, or restarted in the case of a blockage. Therefore it is not only a great exercise and fitness training, but also a way to save you from having to have a lymphatic drainage massage. Furthermore, when a lymphatic blockage is so far advanced that drainage by hand is no longer possible, this can still be achieved by bouncing on a bellicon.
