Trainer Fayth Caruso demonstrates bellicon® fitness
WGN 9 TV: Midday Fix 01.11.2016
Trainer Fayth Caruso explains the benefits of rebounding on the bellicon® and shows different workout options on WGN TV:

“You can use it at home with the bellicon home platform or visit the bellicon studio in the West of Chicago. It is low-impact, makes really fun and also challenges different parts of the body: The bellicon® trains your balance and coordination, boosts the lymphatic system that's detoxing your body and strengthens the pelvic floor. It's more efficient on the body but easy on the joints. You can get your cardio action going and even a lot of athletes work on the bellicon® to strengthen the core. And because of these bungees instead of springs it's nice and quiet.”
Taller, Slimmer, Younger
ABC7 Eyewitness News 29.06.2016
Roxburgh wrote a step-by-step guide on using a foam roller to achieve a taller, slimmer and younger body in 21 days. In addition to using the foam roller, Roxburgh recommends the rebounder for a cardiovascular blast. "NASA has done research on the rebounder, and they found that it's 50 percent more effective for cardiovascular training and also fat burning than running," Roxburgh said.

Roxburgh says that starting at 10 minutes on the rebounder is a great start to increase lymphatic circulation, brain development and brain-to-body awareness that helps with balance.
Rebounding your way to wellness

When you jump on a rebounder, you are working against constant gravitational pressure. Every time you land, every cell in your body contracts, which helps to pull waste from the cells. In return, your cells are fed oxygen and nutrients from the blood stream. The up and down motion of rebounding also activates the lymphatic system, which is the garbage can in the body.

Everything that is bad for you, such as heavy metals and other toxins get filtered out through the lymphatic system. Unlike blood that gets pumped by the heart, your lymphatic system has no pump. The lymphatic system requires movement to activate the flow of lymph…

Let's Bounce: The 12 Unexpected Health Benefits of Rebounding
The Chalkboard 14.01.2015
Certified Lymphologist Dave Scrivens explains that while rebounding, we experience a moment of G-force which strengthens every cell in our bodies, brings a major increase to lymph flow, and boosts some immune activities by up to 500%.

We’re all about rebounding for 2015. Not only is it great for a quick workout and to get the blood flow going between bouts on Instagram and Pinterest, but it makes us feel equal parts smug (for being so in the know about wellness and mitochondria) and toddler-like (for all that straight-faced bouncing.) These emotions cancel each other out for a pretty chill workout.
The Holiday Gifts Top Trainers Want

“I’ve been using rebounders for years, and the bellicon® is absolutely perfect. The tension across the mat is excellent – no rolling ankles if you are barefoot – and it’s SILENT – great for apartment living! The different dimensions are also a plus for people who feel safer bouncing on a wider surface.”

bellicon® Rebounder Review
Meredith Fire-Hess on Fire Wire blog 05.11.2011
What I really appreciated upon assembling the 6 legs was the attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. The screwing leg mounts were solid and deep, lined up easily and screwed into the frame effortlessly. The bellicon® sits noticeably higher than traditional rebounders (approx 13” versus 9”), but this additional height coupled with the highly elastic bungee bands, makes for a dynamic jumping experience, where you are able to get more air and the brief experience of weightlessness.

One of the very best benefits of the bungee design is that not only does it allow for a cushioned smooth jump which is kind to your joints, best of all it is silent, not a squeak to be heard. This is the one piece of equipment in my house that is guaranteed to be used daily.
Your Fitness: The Exciting Thing I'm Doing for Exercise These Days
Glamour 28.10.2012
Gals, I have fallen in love with rebounding (that's the fancy, fitnessy name for what's otherwise known as jumping on a mini-trampoline). My new bellicon® rebounder came in the mail the other day (it's consistently rated as the top rebounder by the media), and I have to say, this is the coolest workout ever.

Natalia Rose has written that no other form of exercise keeps her as svelte and lean, and I can see why. This is a workout! You'd imagine that bouncing wouldn't provide much action for your muscles, but I promise, it does. A day later, I'm sore (especially in my core!). I also love how quiet it is! No, they're not cheap (and I had to convince my husband that I really, really needed this fitness splurge), but in the end, I'm really glad I took the plunge.
The most fun and effective way of exercising
BodyLife BeNeLux 7/2012 09.09.2012
Something remarkable is sailing through the world of fitness. Or in this case, jumped through. The bellicon® has been labeled as the Rolls Royce of the mini-trampolines. Because of the bungee-elastics, your weight is gradually intercepted, this way your joints will not be overburdened. Remy has brought the bellicon® to the Netherlands.

Remy: ‘There are countless of methods to remain fit, but according to modern science, there is a method that is playful, more fun, more effective, easier, and healthier than anything else: rebounding. According to NASA rebounding is the most effective way of exercise.’
Mama Natural's bellicon® review
Mama Natural 25.10.2011
“Mike got me a premium rebounder for Christmas, which I enjoyed but frankly it was LOUD. With my son Griffin being a “sensitive” sleeper, I wasn’t using it much. Well, that’s before the bellicon® rebounder entered my world… Whoa! What a difference!

This thing is the Porsche of all rebounders. Not only is the bounce smooth, gentle and effective, it’s QUIET. In comparison to my premium rebounder, let alone the cheapie varieties, the bellicon® is like… - Sleeping on 1000 thread count sheets versus 100 - Driving a BMV versus a golf cart - Drinking apricot nectar versus pickle juice (try it and you’ll see what I mean). ”
Review: bellicon® Mini Trampoline
Wired 19.10.2011
So when I learned out about the bellicon® Mini Trampoline, I was intrigued. Bouncing on a trampoline to work out? Heck yes. And it doesn’t have any springs: It eschews metal coils and instead uses individual super-elastic bungee cables to attach the trampoline platform to its frame.

The result is a pleasant, cushioned bounce that provides a surprising amount of air time. It’s fun, and if you actually take the time to use it regularly, you can work up a sweat and tone some muscles in the process. Overall, the bellicon® is a good at-home exercise option if you’re looking for something relatively low impact that won’t hog up half your living room space.
