The bellicon® mini-trampoline offers you an individualised training in the comfort of your home.

BELLICON FIRST BOUNCE AND INTRODUCTORY DVD

The exercise DVD First Bounce is a step by step tutorial on how to use your bellicon®. It introduces the mat and helps you to get used to the uneven surface. Here you will learn a variety of basic exercises, a good start for further work-outs.

The introductory DVD shows you more advanced exercises. Both DVDs are included with your bellicon® rebounder.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How often should I exercise and how long should each session last?

It really depends on your fitness level and goal. For beginners without a regular workout habit we recommend the following: 

For a health-oriented training or rehab after an injury, we recommend starting with 2-3 times for 5 minutes daily. Slowly raise the duration to 10, 15 or 20 minutes or more and try to use your rebounder 4-6 times a week. 

To strengthen your cardiovascular system or to lose weight, you should invest a bit more time. Try to exercise for 30 minutes or more per session and work out 3 to 4 times a week. Slowly raise the intensity and amount of weekly exercise. 

Your bellicon® can also be used for a high-intensity power training. Here you should focus on specific exercises for about 30 minutes and 2-4 days a week.
