So wonderful...so sweet...and so quiet. I have found that working out and exercising has now become a great joy. And a new enjoyable timeout for the kids...15 minutes of bouncing! I find that it is a great pick-me-up. When I am feeling a bit clouded in the morning or from long hours on the computer or just a bit tired from the day or a little stress - just 10 to 15 minutes of bouncing and I feel completely refreshed and energized.
