I have had my Classic 49" Bellicon since 2012. I was initially afraid I wouldn't use it often enough to justify purchasing it. I was (am) a runner and an advanced exerciser. I thought this would end up being "not challenging enough". I was wrong! I can get as intense of a workout as I want.....or have a nice recovery workout...whichever I want for the day. I love that if I am achy before I get on the Bellicon....by the time I get off of it I feel like a totally different person.
I own a treadmill, an elliptical and a spinning bike but it seems that the Bellicon is getting more and more use as the years go on. I am so glad I purchased it.
I spent weeks researching a rebounder -- I wanted to make sure I made the right choice before spending any money. I combed through countless reviews of different brands and videos online. It was clear that I did not want a rebounder with metal springs -- I live in a apartment complex where I did not want to disturb my neighbors. Watching a demonstration video of the Bellicon online was amazing -- I could tell the bounce was great --- I just had to justify the price. I am 5'5" and 155 pounds. I bought the 49" model, XStrong bungees, with the fold up legs. I am so glad I chose this model! I would have regretted a smaller diameter and the XStrong bungees provide the perfect resistance and bounce. The fold up legs are UNBELIEVABLE --- completely worth the extra money -- and make storage a breeze. The Bellicon rebounder is so much fun -- I usually turn on a TV program I have saved and bounce away -- it does not even feel like exercise -- but when you are finished -- you can feel the intensity in your abs and legs -- it is a great work out. I typically jump for at least 30 minutes -- an hour on a rebounder typically burns 300 calories or greater depending on your age/height/weight/etc. I have definitely lost a few pounds since starting -- but most importantly -- I look better -- it does a great job sculpting your body and improving your lymphatic flow.
