Well I just got my bellicon rebounder and I am SO impressed! I've been using a ReboundAir for the last 10 years and really enjoyed it. I just happened to go online for some motivation on rebounding and came across the bellicon website, after spending some time reading about it and watching the videos I decided to order one that night! It came today and the difference in the bounce is SPECTACULAR! I feel like I get a much better workout than I ever had on the ReboundAir. My little two-and-a-half year old grandson is loving it - and even though he jumped on my "old" one for the last few weeks - he is choosing to use the bellicon as the two rebounders are sitting side by side right now! I'm giving my old one to my daughter BUT SHE TOO is choosing to buy a bellicon! If you're thinking about buying a rebounder choose the bellicon -- you will be, as I am, very HAPPY!!! Thank you bellicon for a GREAT product, I'm more than pleased!
I had a hard time deciding on which Bellicon size and bungee strength to choose. As far as the bungee strength, it’s not just determined by your weight, but also by the type of exercising you plan to do on it. So, I asked for advice but then just guessed at what would be best for me. It seems fine – I chose Strong – even though I don’t quite meet the suggested weight… however I also wanted to do aerobic style exercises on it so I went with that.
I really do love the Bellicon rebounder. It is large – I chose the 49 inch and am glad I did – but not cumbersome. It’s bounce is the best – I’ve owed a real cheap brand, an Urban Rebounder and a ReboundAir – this is so much better than any of those. The others really did feel like jumping on a cheap old creaky hard mattress in comparison.
I love it but would have loved it even more if the price was lower and the terms and conditions when buying weren’t so scary and strict… it’s a very big (expensive) purchasing decision so it’s not a warm and fuzzy feeling to know that if anything weren’t right we’d probably have to pay return shipping, etc. Also, definitely would have been so helpful to have more options for trying out the different sizes and bungee strengths ahead of time… but the closest places listed to do so were 3 and 3.5 hours away, so we never got to do that.
Winging it was not easy but we seem to have made all the right choices and we love our new Bellicon Rebounder!
Dear folks at Bellicon, I bought my son one of your trampolines and it arrived on Monday. My son has been using a Cellerciser for the past 3 yrs and a ReboundAir before that.
My son Carmen is soon to be 18yrs 175lb athlete. He also has profound autism. He can be very difficult if he does not have an outlet that allows him to expend energy. He can not go out alone nor does he want to because of the severe nature of his disability he has significant sensory issues. So, this is his ONLY outlet.
The cellerciser he was using had the matt replaced and most of the springs. The force that he jumped typically resulted in 5-7 broken springs weekly, not to mention it was awful to jump on. The first time he jumped on the Bellicon we video taped it in slow motion. I wish you could see it!! PURE JOY!!! He loved it The bounce is so smooth, not at all jarring. AND it is so quiet!! If you are ever in the Boston area I invite you to come see him on it.
A special thank you to your staff who were so professional, patient with all my questions prior to ordering, and very knowledgeable in your product. (Romee and Lauren) I think I have finally found a quality product that will last. Thank you, Linda Auger
I had been thinking about and researching the bellicon for some time and finally broke down and got the 44" and I'm so glad I did! I have been rebounding for several years - first with a ReboundAir (worthless) and then a Cellerciser. The springs kept breaking on the ReboundAir,and the Cellerciser was better, but still a hard/jarring bounce and never could quiet those springs down. When I started developing some feet problems, I wondered if it might be due to the jarring effect of the Cellerciser, which I had been using more during that time. I then decided to invest in the bellicon and what a difference it has made in only a short time. Since I'm a long-time user of a rebounder, I didn't think there would be that much difference between the Cellerciser and the bellicon, but there most certainly is. The bellicon is definitely the "Rolls Royce" of the rebounders - like jumping into a cloud! The bounce is so smooth with no jarring at the bottom of the bounce and whisper quiet! Yes, it's a bit pricey, but think of it as an investment in your health, and there is no price you can put on that... plus, you can never go wrong with German engineering... as soon as you see your bellicon and jump on it, the strength, stability and overall quality are obvious, especially when compared with all the other rebounders on the market. Through the years, I've spent more money than I want to think about on weight machines, bicycles, NordicTrack, elliptical trainer, two lower-end rebounders, etc., all the while trying to find the "perfect" piece of equipment for all-around fitness and health. All those pieces of equipment are long gone now except the Cellerciser, and it's going to the church rummage sale in my town this fall. I have finally found the gold standard to keep fit - bouncing on the bellicon..! It's also the most fun of any piece of exercise equipment I've ever had. Deceptively easy and fun, but, make no mistake, very good for the body in so many ways... If you decide to invest in one, keep it in a place where you will use it every day... and, if you only want to invest in ONE piece of exercise equipment that you will be able to use for the rest of your life, make it the bellicon and you will be so happy you did. Thank you, Kunhardt's, for developing the best rebounder out there and for bringing it to America!
