EXERCISE ON THE HEALTH TRAMPOLINE

Jogging for Endurance Training.

Stand with your feet a hip-width apart in the center of the jumping area. Take a moment to get your body in alignment, then activate your core muscles and engage your pelvic floor muscles by pulling your belly button in toward your spine. Begin bouncing and then alternately raise your knees upward while keeping your feet pointing downward, swinging your arms in opposition to the knee raises. If you need extra stability, either place three fingers on a T-bar or handle, if you have one, or reduce the size of the movements as much as you need to feel secure and comfortable. Shoulder Circles for Releasing Back Pain

Stand with feet a hip-width apart in the center of the bellicon. Keep your knees slightly bent and parallel to each other. Align your pelvis and pull your belly button inwards towards your spine, engaging your core and pelvic floor. Keep your upper body straight and your head aligned with your spine. Perfect - you are in the starting position! Now, gently begin bouncing up and down, keeping your knees slightly bent. Expand your chest by circling both shoulders backward simultaneously or one at a time. Continue by varying the pace and reversing the direction of the circles. More about back training.
