Es kann also auch sein, dass Dein Nervensystem nur das Aktionssignal “Schmerz” nutzt, damit Du Deine jetzige Situation veränderst. Und da wird es dann spannend: Es gibt es dazu auch Studien und meine Erfahrung als Neuroathletiktrainer hat mir dies auch schon häufig gezeigt, dass Rückenschmerzen entstehen, weil sie ein enorm hohes Stresspotential haben. Rückenschmerzen stehen jetzt hier nur symbolisch, es kann sich dabei um jeglichen Schmerz handeln. Das heißt, Schmerzen im Körper resultieren aus einer Reihe von negativen Einflussfaktoren, die auf das eigene Nervensystem wirken und dann irgendwann den Körper dazu bringen zu sagen „Jetzt ist Schluss!“. \u003Cbr>\u003Cbr> Beispiele für diese negativen Einflussfaktoren sind sowas wie wenig Schlaf, schlechte Ernährung, zu wenig oder die falsche Bewegung, Stress im Büro oder Alltag – die bekannten Dinge. Und jeder hat eine individuelle Schwelle an Stressresistenz, bis wohin er das aushält. Und dann, wenn ich diese Schwelle überschreite, kann es sein, dass ich als Aktionssignal vom Nervensystem diese Rückenschmerzen bekomme, womit mir mein Körper sagt: „Hey, Du musst was ändern, Du musst in Aktion kommen!“ Deswegen heißt es auch Aktionssignal, dass ich selbst in Aktion trete und aktiv etwas ändere. \u003Cbr>\u003Cbr> Mit meinen Klient:innen versuche ich  dann gemeinsam diese Stressfaktoren zunächst herauszufinden und zu definieren und dann zu regulieren. Das können sowas wie psychische Faktoren sein, die ich z. B. mit Atemübungen verbessern kann, oder auch Fehlhaltungen oder Verspannungen. \u003Cbr> Ich kann aber auch an Nervenmobilisierungen im Rückenbereich arbeiten, um den Impuls, der ausgesendet wird, im Nerv zu verändern bzw. zu verbessern, um so dem Nervensystem den Impuls zu geben: „In dem Bereich ist alles in Ordnung, ich kann meinen Rücken bewegen, ohne Schmerzen.“ Ich gehe dann Schritt für Schritt in bestimmte Übungen rein, um zu zeigen, dass diese Übungen ohne Schmerzen zu bewältigen sind. Dann geht es bei meinen Klient:innen auch darum herauszufinden, ob der Schmerz nicht (zusätzlich) von etwas anderem kommt wie bspw. einer Verletzung, die es dann natürlich zu behandeln gilt.","La douleur peut avoir beaucoup plus de causes possibles que de simples blessures. Und so kann ich dann Übungen kombinieren, die statisch vielleicht weniger Spaß machen, aber den gewünschten Effekt haben oder einfach anstrengender sind. Natürlich ist die Möglichkeit, Übungen in Kombination mit Gewichten, Bällen oder anderem zusätzlichem Equipment dann doch groß.
