The choice of bungee ring strength is based on the weight of the primary user of the bellicon. Here is a simple guide to selecting the right bungee strength for you:
Under 60 kg = soft bungees (silver clip)
61 – 90 kg = medium bungees (blue clip)
91 – 120 kg = strong bungees (yellow clip)
121 – 150 kg = extra strong bungees (red clip)
151 – 200 kg = ultra strong bungees (green clip)
Note:
If you want to do intense fitness training, choose a stronger bungee strength.
