# Returns and complaints
Choose from 4 options.
1. Reasons for returns You have the right to return all items within 14 days without providing any reason for doing so.
2. Returning the order You can return your order to us by post (with signature) at your own expense ().
3. Have it picked up You can call us and we will organise a collection from your home by DHL ().
4. Drop it off You can return your bellicon to our showroom at any time during shop opening hours.
A QUICK SOLUTION. ### Did you receive the wrong item or was something damaged? Or was your package lost?
In the rare case that you receive a broken or defective item, please call us immediately at +41 56 470 73 73. We'll work with you to send a replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge as every component of your bellicon is covered under warranty.
