The adapter is fixed directly to the frame with 4 screws and then stays permanently in place. Simply slide the T-bar into the adapter and tighten the lever at the height that suits you — adjustable from 85–100 cm above the mat. Removing the T-bar itself (not the adapter) is just as easy: open the lever and lift it out.

The T-bar is installed using one adapter and four screws. Installation takes just a few minutes, and the adapter then stays permanently attached to the frame.
Is the T-bar height-adjustable?
Yes. The T-bar can be adjusted from 85–100 cm above the mat, allowing you to choose a comfortable grip height for your training.
Can I remove the T-bar from my bellicon rebounder?
Yes. The T-bar itself can be removed whenever you don't need it. Simply release the lever and lift the T-bar out of the adapter. The adapter remains attached to the frame.
