Return your package in 4 steps.

  1. Reasons for returns
    You have the right to return all items within 30 days without providing any reason for doing so.
  2. Request a return label
    Please contact our customer support if you would like to receive a return label. Keep the order number ready, and we will help you as soon as possible.
  3. Apply return label
    Pack up the product and stick the return label sent to you by our support team to the outside of the package. The return is free of charge for you and is automatically sent to the correct recipient.
  4. Have the package picked up
    To make things as easy as possible, our support team will arrange a pick-up date for the package with you. If you would like to return small items such as bungees, please take the package to the post office yourself.
