The choice of bungee strength is based on the weight of the primary user of the bellicon. Here is a simple guide to selecting the right bungee strength for you:
Up to 132 lb = medium bungees
133 – 198 lb = strong bungees
199 – 265 lb = extra bungees
266 – 441 lb = ultra bungees
Note:
For fitness & more intense training → one bungee strength firmer.
For gentle bouncing → one bungee strength softer.
