The tubes are the dynamic heart of the Shadowboxer. Thanks to the 360° rotatable joints at the ends of the tubes, there are no restrictions on movements. Clamped between the waist belt and handles, the Power Tubes respond to the user's movements. We call this isokinetic resistance: as energy input and movement dynamics increase, the tubes increase their resistance, thus enhancing the training effect.
There are 3 different strengths of the tubes:
- Tubes Light: These tubes with light resistance offer a beginner-friendly training level and help you achieve your fitness goals with the Shadowboxer. They are suitable for beginners and for training with a light handicap, for example, rebuilding strength after back pain.
- Tubes Medium: These tubes with medium resistance provide an intense training level and help you on your way to a knockout body.
- Tubes Heavy: These tubes with extremely high resistance offer a challenging workout! Fitness training with the heavy bands becomes a strenuous muscle workout.
