Returns and Exchanges


  1. What can I return?
    You have the right to return all items within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping costs (if any were charged with your order) are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There are no additional fees unless damage to the product or packaging (not resulting from condition upon delivery or during return shipment) requires additional repair or replacement for subsequent sale or usage.
  2. Request a return label
    Please contact our customer support if you would like to receive a return label. Keep the order number ready, and we will help you as soon as possible. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Because of the unique size and shape of the bellicon box, shipping rates vary - please contact us if you would like an estimate.
  3. Apply return label
    Repack the product in the same condition it was received, and print attached the return label sent to you by our support team to the outside of the package.
  4. Have the package picked up
    Our support team can arrange a pick-up date for the package with you. Alternatively, you may bring any packages to a local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.

In the rare case that you receive a broken or defective item, please call us immediately at 1-888-988-5661. We'll work with you to send a replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge as every component of your bellicon is covered under warranty.
