Susanne is 57 and struggled with severe dizziness for eight years, without any cause being found despite numerous medical examinations. In her working life as an artist, which also demanded physical work up on tall ladders, this increasingly limited her.

“Shortly after my first sessions on the rebounder, I noticed my balance had changed – I could turn and bend over without feeling dizzy,” she says. “It happened really fast. My body noticed: I'm doing something different than usual, I'm leaving my safe ground.” Soon she was also able to climb higher ladders again, without the fear that had shaped her everyday life for so long.

“It's a small effort for a big effect – that's really important,” Susanne says. Today the rebounder is a fixed part of her routine: “When I can't make it to a session, I notice afterwards what I was missing.”
