“I am currently a full-time professional triathlete. That means I spend many hours every day swimming, cycling and running. On average, that adds up to 25-30 hours of exercise a week. My body has to withstand major strain, and as a competitive athlete I often push myself to my physical and mental limits in order to keep improving my performance. Pure triathlon training can be very one-sided for the body and can lead to overuse injuries in the long term. Through my training as a physiotherapist, I know that competitive sport is not health sport. Nevertheless, I chose the path of a professional athlete and take great pleasure in my profession.

To stay healthy and avoid harming my body, I was looking for a joint-friendly training variant that would bring fun and variety into my training. That’s how I came across the bellicon trampoline.

Besides the fun and variety that training on the bellicon brings me, I particularly benefit in the following ways:

Thanks to the variety in my training, I hope to get through my season injury-free and also to benefit from an increased performance capacity in the long term.”
