Jogging on the bellicon®

A high step frequency is important when jogging. Did you know that you can train that frequency very well on a mini trampoline? You can do the same movements on the bellicon® rebounder you do when running or jogging. You can vary your speed and do exercises of varying intensity. 

Thanks to its highly elastic bungees, the bellicon® is particularly soft on the back and joints. And you don't have to jog, you can also walk. Walking training on the rebounder lubricates the joint cartilage of the knee and hip and provides them with the necessary nutrients.
