I learned about the bellicon through the Hamburg Initiative‚ Healthy and Active, and I never want to be without it again. As a physician I do not have the time to exercise in a club. At the moment, cold and darkness also keep me from taking long strolls in the evenings. That is where the bellicon comes in.
While listening to my music, I am bouncing at least 3 times a week for 15 to 30 minutes. It is fun and takes little effort. It also helps my tense neck muscles. As a physician I can recommend it without restrictions.
