It’s a challenging, full-body workout that targets muscle growth, coordination and overall physical performance in a completely engaging and highly motivating format.

bellicon Circle is for people of advanced fitness who wish to expand their physical limits in a cooperative training environment. The combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), trampoline exercise and muscle conditioning make it very challenging but also very productive and rewarding.
