I have only been bouncing for a few weeks and I am hooked! I actually think about it when I am not home and can't wait to get back on it.
I am 54, overweight and out of shape (other than swimming laps) so I could only do a few minutes at first and still can only do 'health bounce' but now am up to 10-12 minutes twice a day with a few extra 2 minute sessions whenever I walk through my bedroom!
I am sure I will be working up to true workouts within the month. Overall I feel more energetic, my skin really does feel "tighter" and I feel a bit 'giddy' about my rebounder! Love, love, love it!!! I hope to write another success story after I have been rebounding for more than a few weeks.
After doing much research and owning several cheap rebounders I finally broke down and bought the Bellicon....OMG.....I can't stop thinking about this thing...it is the most wonderful feeling in the world to be on this piece of equipment. I am a 56 year old overweight female, with bad feet and this feels like a dream come true..just put on some music you like and just let your body tell you how much to bounce and how long to bounce. It feels so natural, so good. You will never again have to make yourself exercise, this Bellicon will call your name and before you know it 30 minutes is gone! I love it ! It is worth every penny it costs. Please don't waste your money on those cheap spring rebounders. This is so gentle and just feels fun. I look forward to many years of bouncing ...!
