bellicon Bounce, another “fun-tastic” class offered by bellicon Academy


Are you looking for a high-energy, full-body, calorie-burning, muscle-toning workout which is as much fun as it is intense? Then you have to try the bellicon Bounce class.

bellicon Bounce is a new training concept incorporating a combination of endurance and power sets in varying degrees. We use accessories, apply dance elements and exercise combination: despite the intense nature of this training a high fun factor is ever present.

Bellicon Bounce is classified as interval training, a training method characterized by alternating load and recovery phases. The cardio boost represents the load phase while the weight boost is the recovery, when the pulse decreases and muscles are used differently.

Simply put, this is how the main part of the Bounce class looks like:

  • 3 minutes cardio boost,
  • 3 minutes leg muscles weight boost,
  • 3 minutes cardio boost,
  • 3 minutes arm muscles weight boost,
  • 3 minutes cardio boost,
  • 3 minutes torso/core muscles boost
  • 3 minutes cardio boost

The music selection is extremely important to create a fun atmosphere: 120 beats per minute will ensure the high aerobic goal is achieved.
