Original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, though we will be glad to help arrange the return shipping process at the customer’s request. How do I make a return?
To request a return, please contact bellicon USA Customer Service at 1-888-988-5661 or email us to retrieve a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When returning your item(s), please provide a document within the box that lists your name, original order number, the RMA number, and the date of purchase. We will immediately begin processing your return.
How do I return a broken or defective item?
In the rare case that you receive a broken or defective item, please call us immediately at 1-888-988-5661. We'll work with you to send a replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge.
When will I receive my refund?
We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of wear. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange your purchase within 10 days of receipt. All exchanges must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and any price difference (if applicable).
